Booked and played this course under the assumption that it might’ve been a longer than normal round per reviews. Tee time was 9:24, played solo and got done around 12:15 which was acceptable by me. One couple in front of me were a little slow but they gladly allowed me to play through. Course was in really good condition considering the greens appearing to have been aerated recently. Not the toughest course or most spectacular but definitely exceeded expectations. The course provided some very fun and challenging shots, a few dog legs and an approach on the 2nd green over a nice sized pond. Will definitely be back to play this cool gem of a course!

First time playing Hickory Heights. Course is beautiful. Nice fairways, tee boxes and greens. Happy I took a chance on it. Like the elevation changes. Challenging but fair. Recommend

Took my teenagers here on a Saturday for their first and second rounds of golf, respectively. They had a blast. Prices were reasonable. Course offers opportunities for both the new and experienced

Sunday round, tee time 11:12. Waited on tee box for 30 minutes due to lack of starter and numerous groups showing up late. Foursome ahead of us were learning, so the day was even more slow. 5+ hour round, even though you got an extra 30+ yds of run as the course was super dry. Staff was nice, but would have been nice to have one of them on the 1st tee. Greens were in good shape for the conditions elsewhere on the course, though each hole was mowed slightly different. They were decent and rolled fair, as long as you avoided the dead spots. Tee boxes were shaggy or completely void of grass, not much in between. Range was in good shape and allowed for full bag warmup. With the distance to me being on the further end, course not in the greatest shape, and pace being brutal, I will most likely not return. Too many other courses with 45 minutes that have better pace of play, better conditions and similar pricing. Come super early or after 4 and your fine, mid day rounds are hit or miss on pace.

Pretty course. Downhill and side hill lies make it a challenge. Did not like the pin placements as they were all on a crest. The tee boxes and around the greens were either bare or full of weeds. Very reasonable price.
